How does a typical experience look like at the Yoga Hotel Mattlihüs?

Imagine waking up in the morning in your room at the Yoga Hotel Mattlihüs and the first thing you notice is the wonderfully pleasant scent of pine.

Before breakfast you attend the yoga class, which takes place in the open air on the roof terrace. Then, you treat yourself with a glass of Ayurvedic water from the hotel fountain.

Later you may enjoy the rich organic breakfast buffet and other activities in the morning and afternoon.

Is yoga suitable for everyone?

Yes, yoga is generally suitable for everyone who wants to reduce stress. Anyone who wants to turn off everyday life is well advised with yoga, too. It’s a modern sport, and offers physical advantages. For our yoga teacher, Otto Miller, yoga became a companion to a better quality in life. Yoga helped him a lot with his back problems. He advises everyone to test themselves so that everyone can find their own style of yoga. If you want to work out, you might be well advised with "Power Yoga". People with back or joint problems my refer to Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga also offers a very balancing effect, for example for people who exercise weight training.
